Golf and Parks Division Maintenance Buildings Design Services. The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), Through Its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Vendors for Design Services Including Bidding Support and Construction/project Management Services for Two New Maintenance Buildings The County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Submittals and to Select the Vendor Considered by the County to Be Most Advantageous. Kenosha County Reserves the Right to Request Additional Information, the Right to Clarify Responses, the Right to Award a Contract for Only Some but Not All of the Articles or Items in the Solicitation, and the Right to Waive Minor Irregularities. The County of Kenosha Does Not Warrant or Guarantee That a Contract Will Be Awarded as a Result of This Request for Proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
