Description

Remodeling of an office development in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.

Wash and clean both sides of all exterior and interior glass on all buildings at the specified location. Remove all paint, mastic, and foreign substances from glass. Hardware, screens, trays, and sills will be cleaned. Clean all glass partitions and doors inside and outside. Protect all floors, walls, and furniture. All work must be performed during normal business hours. Windows require cleaning four (4) times per year. Failure to perform within one week of the scheduled cycle will result in immediate contract cancellation. All bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements. Bidders should examine all locations prior to submitting bids and verify conditions, measurements, and locations. Submit bids on the provided bid form. Do not include sales taxes. The bidder will supply all labor, equipment, and materials.
