Renovation of a library in Johnson, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,700-square-foot library.
Johnson Campus, Willey Library: Construction of the Nursing Space Expansion at the second floor of the Willey Library. The renovation and fit-up within the Phase 2 perimeter walls include approximately 4700 SF, including a Skills Lab, Simulation Lab with Control Room, Immersive Lab, Debrief Rooms, Offices and Storage. The project will include replacement of air handling units within the existing penthouse and adjacent rooftop. The roofing system at the roof adjacent to the penthouse will be replaced as part of this scope of work.
