Johnson Campus, Willey Library: Construction of the Nursing Space Expansion at the second floor of the Willey Library. The renovation and fit-up within the Phase 2 perimeter walls include approximately 4700 SF, including a Skills Lab, Simulation Lab with Control Room, Immersive Lab, Debrief Rooms, Offices and Storage. The project will include replacement of air handling units within the existing penthouse and adjacent rooftop. The roofing system at the roof adjacent to the penthouse will be replaced as part of this scope of work. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The Project at the Johnson Campus, Willey Library, includes the construction of the Nursing Space Expansion at the second floor of the Willey Library. Work includes fit up within Phase 2 perimeter walls, and renovation of classrooms, and support spaces. 2. Replace the EPDM membrane roofing system, insulation, and all associated flashings at the roof at the same elevation as, and west of Mechanical Penthouse 401(approximately 1,500 SF). 3. Mechanical work includes replacement of existing air handling units within the Mechanical Penthouse and adjacent rooftop 4. Contractor is responsible for moving VTSU purchased nursing beds from stored location in a building adjacent to the library, to the renovated second floor nursing spaces.
