Renovation of a development in Auburn, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade development.
The Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District will receive sealed bids for the HVAC System Replacement, which consists of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete HVAC work in two separate locations at the Natural Resources Center, 7413 County House Road, Auburn, NY 13021. The work will consist of the replacement of two furnaces, cooling coils, and condensing units, installation of one zoning system for Location #1, and replacement of all flex duct with hard pipe. Those receiving documents are responsible for verifying receipt of all documents. It is strongly encouraged that interested contractors or bidders complete a site visit for their bids to be considered. Bids will not be accepted later than the stated deadline. Facsimile bids will not be accepted. E-mailed bids will be accepted, but the District is not responsible for guaranteed receipt of electronically submitted bids. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure the bid is received by the deadline and in the proper format. The District Board reserves the right to waive any information in bids and to reject any or all bids if in the public interest.
