Sealed qualifications should be submitted by email or delivered to the Department of Municipal Utilities, Wastewater Treatment Plant, 35 Bradley Street, Auburn, New York 13021. The City of Auburn reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all qualification packets. The City is exempt from paying sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment, and supplies sold to the City of Auburn pursuant to this contract.
