Renovation of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and municipal facility.
The Housing Authority of Baltimore City seeks lump sum cost proposals Basement, 1st & 2nd Floors Apartment Units Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinetry Replacement at BARRISTER COURT - Residential Apartments. Term of Contract: The Contractor proposes to substantially complete all of the work contained above, within Two Hundred and Ten (210) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, permits and all things incidental to complete the scope of services as described in Attachment 1 Price Proposal and Detailed Scope of Work Contractor is to use the scope of work below, and the attached specifications to determine the lump sum cost for the indicated scope of work required. If there are conflicts between scope of work and drawings, the more stringent will apply. The contractor is responsible for acquiring their own dumpster and pay associated permit fees as required by the work and be responsible for the removal of all and any garbage that may be disposed of in the contractors dumpster. The contractor will report to the Construction Manager daily. The contractor must have a person in charge on site daily and have regular site meetings with the Construction Manager and/or Project Manager as well as formal bi-weekly meetings as required. The contractor must submit daily reports including number of workers, trade code, work completed for that date, weather, safety issues, and photographs. The contractor must maintain a clean site outside and inside the work area to not disturb tenants and/or the site operation and safety. The hours of operation shall follow the City Ordinance unless otherwise approved in writing by the Construction Manager. The contractor is responsible for charges, application and holding current required licenses to complete work in the City of Baltimore.
