The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the County of St. Louis (LCRA) seeks to retain professional services from a qualified environmental consulting firm or multiple firms, on an as-needed basis, to support the implementation of Brownfields Assessment, Cleanup, and Revolving Loan Fund grant projects as well as additional non-grant funded Brownfields environmental assessment activities in St. Louis County, Missouri. The consulting firm(s) should be experienced in managing Brownfields projects, investigating environmental contamination at former petroleum and hazardous substance sites, and conducting cleanup and cleanup-planning activities for Brownfields redevelopment. Firms will be contracted pursuant to agreed-upon fixed rates and itemized cost schedules. Any resulting contract must include all federally required contract provisions. Qualifications will be accepted on a rolling basis and firms are encouraged to submit as soon as possible. Proposals are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
