Proposals and all attachments must be submitted electronically via the specified platform, and all documents and information submitted as part of a proposal will become public record immediately upon receipt by the State. References or links to websites or external sources may not be used in lieu of providing the requested information within the proposal. Bidders must include their company name in the header of all submitted documents. The price proposal must be saved separately from other documents.
