# of Bid Copies: 3 The Town of Ware Shoals is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed roofing contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing flat roof system at the Wastewater Treatment Plant Office Facility. Scope of Work o Remove and properly dispose of all existing roofing materials, insulation, flashings, fasteners, and related debris off-site in accordance with environmental and local disposal regulations. o Furnish and install new insulation as needed to achieve proper slope. o Install a new EPDM or equivalent rubber membrane flat roof system, including all adhesives, flashing, edge metals, termination bars, and sealants. o Ensure all penetrations, curbs, parapets, and drains are watertight. o Protect adjacent structures, utilities, and landscaping during construction. o Perform a final inspection and complete cleanup of the job site at project close-out. Approximate roof size: 30 ft x 60 ft (18 squares / 1,800 sq ft)
