The City of Clayton (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed engineering firms to provide comprehensive, on-call professional engineering services that support the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), land development functions, permitting, assessment district administration, special district formation, stormwater compliance, and general municipal engineering needs. The selected Consultant will function as an extension of staff and may serve in capacities equivalent to City Engineer, Development Review Engineer, Assessment District Engineer, or Special District Engineer, depending on task assignment. This RFP is based upon the City's operational engineering needs and core duties. The City anticipates awarding a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions, subject to annual budget appropriation and satisfactory performance. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
