The Coffee County School System invites vendors to submit proposals for two APC 20kW lithium ion uninterruptible power supplies, six APC power distribution units, accessories, and installation & configuration, or equivalent uninterruptible power supplies and power distribution units. The district requires detailed responses from certified vendors, including pricing and service descriptions, following a specified format. Equipment must be new, factory-sealed, and currently available from the manufacturer. Used, remanufactured, refurbished, or discontinued equipment will not be accepted. The new UPS system must be grid-tied and connected to a backup generator, with load balancing of server room stacks required on installation. The new data center has single-phase power with 125A breakers available. Proposals must list different equipment, accessories, and services in a parts list table with SKU for each item. The bid must include installation and configuration, integrated network management, lithium ion batteries, internal redundancy (n+1), and a minimum 3-year parts and labor warranty. Power distribution units must be vertical form factor with intelligent features like outlet-level metering and integrated network interface. All E-rate ineligible items should be listed separately and designated as such.
