Bidders must be on MoDOT’s Qualified Contractor List and have the contractor questionnaire on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Contractors and subcontractors must provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program to be completed by on-site employees within sixty days of beginning work. A certified cashier’s check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% must be submitted with each proposal. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed.
