Replacement of the existing sanitary sewer pump station including (2) new grinder pumps, wet and dry wells, concrete pad, full-depth street replacement with curb and gutter, new sanitary and storm sewer lines, new storm and sanitary manholes, and storm sewer inlet replacement. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. A one-envelope system will be used. Envelope must have the following information presented on the front: Name and address of Bidder, Bid on Contract – Task 4 – North Pump Station, Received by – The City of Toronto. Bids will be publicly read aloud, and an apparent low bidder will be announced. After the completion of the bid opening, the Bid Opening Requirement items will be checked for compliance as outlined on the Bid Opening Checklist on page BOR - 1 of these contract documents.
