Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) should describe the composition of the proposed team, the qualifications of key individuals, and relevant experience with similar projects. Submittals must include a brief introductory letter, resumes of up to three key team or subconsultant members, lists of comparable projects completed in the last ten years with references, details on the involvement of the proposed team in those projects, and a statement ensuring that listed team members will not be replaced without prior City approval. SOQs should be no more than ten pages, excluding the cover letter, covers, and section dividers. An electronic version must be submitted in a single .pdf document by the specified deadline; hard copies are not required. Proposals received after the deadline may be rejected.
