The City Clerk’s Department is requesting proposals for City-wide Weed Abatement Services. The contractor(s) will provide weed abatement, discing, mowing, lot clearing, and rubbish removal services as directed by the Fire Marshal’s Office. The services will be performed on an as-needed basis and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes, including the California Fire Code and City of Atwater Municipal Code. Proposals must indicate the fee structure for work performed by the contractor, staff, and any sub-contractors, for all classifications of staff. The contractor must have a sufficient number of personnel to meet the contract requirements within the specified response time and must notify scheduled locations twenty-four hours in advance if scheduled service dates and times cannot be met.
