Description

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Atwater, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The SOQ from any firm who has previously violated the terms of Federal Labor Laws, and who has not been cleared of such violations, will not be considered. Also, any sub-consultant under the same circumstances will not be accepted for consideration. The Department of Public Works hereby notifies all applicants that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or other protected status in consideration for an award. To receive a more in-depth description and the requirements for the RFQ, contact the County of Merced Department of Public Works via the Project Manager listed below. The Board of Supervisors of Merced County reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualification and waive any informalities or irregularities.
