Renovation of a municipal facility in Bay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bay City Public Schools is accepting sealed bids for Asbestos Abatement services at the Dorland Administration Building in preparation for summer renovations. Bidders must participate in a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough at the specified location and time. Specifications and proposal forms can be obtained at this walkthrough or from Nova Environmental, Inc. Proposals must be clearly marked, hand delivered or couriered to the District Administration Center by the specified deadline. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Oral, telephone, fax, or electronic mail bids are not valid. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the District Administration Center. Bids must remain firm for at least 60 days and be submitted on the provided forms. Required disclosures of familial relationships and any relationship with an Iranian Company must be included and notarized. Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check for at least 5% of the contract value and must provide performance/labor and material bonds upon award. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, in whole or in part, and to make awards in its best interest. Questions may be addressed to: Nova Environmental, Inc.
