Site work for a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Construction for a new water conveyance system consisting of an open channel stream, a closed conduit, and greenway. The project will include improvements to Hester and Pierro's Mill Pond and creation of a new stream channel in the southern part of Van Cortlandt Park, continuing south through a vacant parcel to 232nd Street, then transitioning to a pipe which will connect to an existing outfall near the Harlem River. The project will also construct an extension of the Putnam Greenway from its current terminus to W. 230th Street, adjacent to the stream and pipe construction.
