A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project requires the contractor to replace one fish barrier culvert with a fish-passable, contractor-designed galvanized steel single radius structural plate arch supported on concrete stem wall footings, including contractor-designed welded wire faced structural earth walls and associated roadwork. Work also includes, but is not limited to, one drainage ditch culvert with a corrugated metal pipe, temporary traffic control, guardrail installation, temporary stream diversion, construction dewatering, clearing and grubbing, excavation, stream-bed construction, large woody material placement, site restoration, and paving. Proposals must clearly state BID PROPOSAL for Tributary to Dickey River Culvert Replacement in the subject line. Contract award will consider the lowest total proposed price, contractor qualifications and experience, and the owner's budget capacity.
