The work is located on Oil City Road in Jefferson County, WA. The contract requires the replacement of one fish barrier culvert with a contractor-designed 15-foot-span concrete box culvert and associated site improvements. Major items of work include traffic control, demolition, temporary erosion control, temporary stream diversion, construction dewatering, roadway surveying, construction surveying, structure surveying, roadway excavation, structure excavation, channel excavation, a contractor-designed buried structure, welded wire faced structural earth walls, stream reconstruction, large woody material placement, roadway construction, guardrail and fall protection fence installation, planting, and permanent erosion control. Contract award will consider both price and non-price factors that provide the best value, including qualifications, contractor experience, and the owner's budget capacity. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
