Sealed bids will be received for the Minor Pump Stations Improvements Project. The project consists of General/Mechanical Construction (CONTRACT NO. 2025-03) and Electrical Construction (CONTRACT NO. 2025-04). Equipment and services to be provided must adhere to the specifications available through KLH ENGINEERS, INC. or online. No bids may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the opening. Attendance at a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is required. Each bid must include an E-Verify Program Verification and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a performance surety for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Authority reserves the right to award or reject proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding process as deemed in its best interest. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a proposal.
