Separate and sealed proposals are invited for traffic signal upgrades at two locations: Babcock Boulevard (SR 4011) & Rochester Road (SR 4011) and Babcock Boulevard (SR 4011) & Thompson Run Road. The project involves full modernization and replacement of traffic signal equipment. Each location is a separate contract, and bidders may submit proposals for either or both contracts. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the contract number and project name, and submitted to the specified municipal address. Bidders are responsible for viewing the project locations independently. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond worth 10% of the total bid amount. Contractors must be PennDOT prequalified and must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates and Act 127 of 2012. Proposals must be submitted using the provided forms and cannot be withdrawn for 60 days without forfeiting the bid guarantee. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality.
