Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

In order to participate in the Critical Repair Program, contractors interested in bidding must have a verified application, including all required documentation and credentials on file with the Community & Housing Development Office. All contractors are required to meet with the program inspector in person to receive the application packet and to discuss the requirements, rules, and expectations of the program.
