This project requests proposals from responsible parties for new foodservice equipment at Clio High School on behalf of Clio Area Schools. The intent is to award a sole-source agreement to one of the proposers. All proposals must be submitted with the required forms, notarized, and delivered in a sealed envelope. Forms required include vendor experience and references, project scope and timeline, project specifications/bid tabulation form, acknowledgement, non-collusion affidavit, HUB certification, certification regarding debarment and suspension, certification required for grants and contracts exceeding $100,000 in federal funds, and EPA compliance certification for applicable contracts. Proposals must be clearly marked as directed and delivered by the specified deadline. Each respondent must address all required items as directed. Any respondent may withdraw their proposal prior to the scheduled time for receipt and opening. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to accept any portion or all items proposed as deemed in its best interest. Bidders are required to bid on the specifications provided, and any exceptions must be noted.
