Winter Maintenance Services for MDOT Davison TSC and Clio Park & Ride This Contract is effective on October 27, 2025 ("Effective Date"), and unless terminated, will expire on October 26, 2028 (the "Term") Question Deadline 09/29/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Bidder questions about this RFP must be emailed to the Solicitation Manager at swansona1@michigan.gov no later than the time and date specified on the Cover Page. In the interest of transparency, only written questions are accepted. Answers to questions will be posted on online Tuesday, September 30, 2025 3:00 p.m. Eastern No pre-proposal meeting will be held. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the service locations and assess snow and ice removal service requirements prior to proposal submission. Aerial views of the service locations have been included with this RFP. Questions regarding this RFP, including site conditions and services included, must be EMAILED to the Solicitation Manager Anna Swanson Contractor, at its sole expense, must maintain the insurance coverage as specified herein for the duration of the Term. Minimum limits may be satisfied by any combination of primary liability, umbrella or excess liability, and self-insurance coverage. To the extent damages are covered by any required insurance, Contractor waives all rights against the State for such damages. Failure to maintain required insurance does not limit this waiver.
