Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Clio, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves the removal of existing concrete sidewalks, gravel driveways, and HMA driveways; grading for drainage; and the installation of new concrete sidewalks, concrete driveways, sidewalk ramps, a 12-inch culvert extension, and turf establishment. Principal items of work include: 3,870 Sft Sidewalk, Conc, 4 inch; 1,135 Sft Sidewalk, Conc, 6 inch; 240 Syd Driveway, Nonreinf Conc, 6 inch; 350 Syd Sidewalk, Rem; and 130 Syd Pavt, Rem. Bidders must submit sealed bids for the Lincoln Street Sidewalk and Driveway Replacement. Bidding documents must be purchased from the listed engineer. Bids not on the provided forms from the issuing office will not be accepted. Bid security is required, and all insurance requirements must be met. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or technicalities. Question Deadline 03/17/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
