Purchase and Installation of a Standby Generator for the Watershed Protection Unit Office The project is for the purchase and installation of a standby generator for the Watershed Protection Unit Office located at 1859 Route 31, Clinton Township, Hunterdon County, NJ. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment required. The work is "Public Work," and compliance with the New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act and the New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration Act is required. The contractor must use a New Jersey Licensed Electrician and Plumber for the work and obtaining necessary state permits. Certificates or licenses must be submitted with the quote. Performance and payment bonds are required. No bid security is needed. Bidders must adhere to the Division of Revenue Business Registration Certification Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Requirements, the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act, and the Small Business Set Aside requirements. Compliance with restrictions and disclosure requirements for political contributions is also mandated. Written questions prior to bid shall be submitted to Steve Gates, PE, Chief Engineer at sgates@njwsa.org, if necessary. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Request for Quotations shall be submitted to the Authority in writing. In order to receive adequate consideration, questionsshould be received by the Authority at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Quotations. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
