Project No: M1606-00 involves the Health Services Residence Roof Replacement at the Hunterdon Developmental Center, 40 Pittstown Road, Clinton, Hunterdon County, NJ. Bids must be submitted as a single lump sum for all trades. The bidder must be classified or must name subcontractors classified in the following trades: Plumbing (C030), HVACR (C032), Electrical (C047), and Roofing - Membrane Modified Bitumen (C068). Failure to list all required DPMC classified subcontractors will result in a non-responsive bid. Contractor pre-registration and attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting are required, and only bids from contractors present at this meeting will be accepted. The Project consists of Roof Replacement at the Health Services Residence Building Hunterdon Developmental Center, located in Clinton, Hunterdon County, New Jersey as required by the Contract Documents for the State of New Jersey, Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction. All contractors shall be classified by the DPMC in their respective trades. More specifically, but not limited to, the construction includes the removal of a multi-ply roof system, roofing ACM. The lightweight insulation shall remain. Provide insulation and SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane roof system and all associated flashings and copings as indicated and/or required.
