Renovation of a mixed-use development in Petersburg, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Petersburg Campus Security Upgrades project entails district-wide electronic door control system installation, selective door replacement, and intercom installation. The Petersburg Borough School District (PBSD) comprises four buildings: Middle/High School, Elementary School, Vocational Education Building, and District Office. Door schedules are organized into priorities. Priority 0 encompasses non electronic controls improvement to doors. This could include door replacement, lock core replacement or door repair. Priority 1-4 are electronic door control installation and non-electronic zone support work sorted in order of importance to PBSD and to be installed with funds available. Bidders must structure their bid pricing according to the following priorities Base Bid 0. Selective door replacements, including fire doors. 1. Electronic door controls of identified exterior doors and key administrative areas. Installation of all headend electrical control panels, equipment, and 120V circuits required for a complete project to include priority levels 1 through 4. 1b. District wide intercom system with lockdown capabilities, push button handicap door openers for High School, and video intercom system for Middle School entrance, High School entrance and Elementary.
