Petersburg Municipal Power & Light (PMPL) is seeking material supply bids for the purchase of decorative streetlight assemblies. The procurement involves fifteen (15) single-arm streetlight assemblies, including poles, arms, luminaires and accessories, plus two (2) additional luminaires as spares. Quantities may be adjusted based on final spacing, engineering design, and budget considerations. All supplied components must be fully compatible as a complete lighting system. The material supplier is responsible for: • Supplying all items in the bid schedule at firm pricing and delivery dates as submitted. Items must meet material specifications. Deviations from bid specifications may be submitted but must be clearly identified, described, and justified in the bid. • Providing a manufacturer’s cut sheet for all items to verify material specifications are met. • Shipping all items to the material staging site at Scow Bay Utility Pole Yard, Petersburg, Alaska 99833. PMPL will offload materials. • Including shipping and delivery costs in the bid prices. No additional shipping, delivery, or fuel surcharges will be paid. • Finalizing the agreement for purchase, supply, and delivery of materials via a PMPL Purchase Order referencing the winning bid. Submit sealed bids to the specified PMPL office address. Bids submitted electronically will not be accepted.
