The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials and constructing the Adeline St & Johnson St Drainage Improvements project, which involves preventing further erosion through bank stabilization as shown on the Bid Form. Bidders are required to submit written sealed or electronic bids. Bid envelopes must be marked with the project name, opening date, bidder's name and mailing address, and certificate of responsibility number or a statement that the bid does not exceed $50,000. Electronic bids must contain the same information and be secured with a bid bond. The total contract time is 90 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per consecutive day thereafter. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is $180,000 to $215,000.
