Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Dubois, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement of the existing surface aerators with the installation of a new air diffuser system. Also included is the construction of a metal building and associated sitework. All bids must comply with the requirements outlined in the bidding documents. Bid submissions require a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder. Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference. Preference is given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the state. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities. The Town may accept any bid that best serves its interests.
