Fremont Public School District is accepting sealed responses to a Request for Proposals for a Wide Area Network (WAN) solution that must comply with the RFP's Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, Products and Services Specifications, and all other terms in the RFP. All bids must meet a 10Gbps connection speed requirement. Service providers may propose telecommunication bids including self-provisioned fiber, lit fiber, dark fiber, or other third-party network solutions, and may combine other services in their response. The District will perform a cost analysis of all bids and select the most cost-effective service type for further evaluation. Bids must be submitted both in duplicate on paper and electronically via the Triple R bidder portal, with detailed identification and supporting documentation including a Bid Signature Page, Bill of Materials, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, references, and for SPF proposals, a five percent bid bond. All bidders must also submit an Intent to Bid Form by the specified deadline. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, e-mail or facsimile Bids will be considered, and late Bids will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to reject any non-compliant Bids and is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the preparation or presentation of bid responses. Blueprints and/or facility drawings will be made available upon request. All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by the specified deadline and will be answered and posted as addenda on the USAC website. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a scheduled facilities walkthrough meeting where project-related questions will be addressed. The District is not obligated to award a contract and reserves full rights of bid selection and rejection.
