Question Submission Deadline: February 4, 2026, 5:00pm The work described in these specifications and accompanying drawings includes the construction and testing of a new Class I injection well (IW-2) at the Golden Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant facility (WWTP) in Collier County, Florida. The facility has an existing well (IW-1) which is currently permitted for disposal of high-level disinfected treated wastewater from the Golden Gate WWTP (FDEP File No. 0263889-006-UG/1I, WACS ID 98626) at a maximum injection rate of 5.03 million gallons per day (MGD). Injection testing of this well is proposed under this scope to re-rate this well to 10.19 MGD capacity based on the 18-inch diameter (OD) innermost cemented casing of the well. The proposed well IW-2 is designed to handle a maximum injection capacity of 15.2 MGD. The injection well system also includes an existing dual zone monitor well (DZMW1) that monitors water quality in zones above and below the base of the Underground Source of Drinking Water (USDW) which was established at approximately 1,100 feet below land surface (BLS) at the project site. The site is located at 4931 32nd Avenue SW, Naples, Florida 34116.
