Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Northeast Water Reclamation Facility Deep Injection Well Equipping and Conveyance. All bids must be received electronically through the designated online bidding system. No bid will be considered unless it is submitted on the unaltered Bid forms included in the Bidding Documents. One contract will be awarded for all work. A certified Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds as specified in the General Conditions. All bonds and insurance must be executed or countersigned by a licensed resident agent of the surety or insurance company based in Florida. The successful bidder must hold or obtain necessary contractor's and business licenses, certifications, and registrations as required by state statutes and county ordinances. The owner reserves the right to conduct investigations to determine the performance record and ability of the apparent low bidder.
