Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Brick, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, will receive sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of sign materials. Specifications are available in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723, and may be picked up during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Bidders are required to comply with Affirmative Action Regulations requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., and business registration provisions of P.L. 2004, c.57 and P.L. 2009, c.315, which amends and supplements the business registration provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
