Demolition of the Northern Pollution Control Facility (NWPCF) Main Influent Screw Pump No. 1's Existing Upper and Lower Bearings and the Installation of Owner Furnished Upper and Lower Bearing Assemblies Manufactured by Spaans-Babcock Incorporated, Including All Other Work Required in Accordance with this Technical Specification. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, if in the best interest of the Authority, including the right to reject a Bidder based upon poor prior experience.
