Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of December 15 2025, the project was awarded to JM Construction, with an awarded amount of $251,913.50** The major work items to be completed under the scope of this contract consist of roadway milling and resurfacing at the following multi-location sites: Ridge Road, Brower Drive, Crate Place, and Yew Drive. Bidders are instructed that a Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, but not exceeding Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000). A certificate from a surety company is required, stating that it will provide bonds in the required form and amounts. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and received by the Township of Brick before the specified public bid opening. Bidders may mail or hand deliver bids. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to affirmative action, public works contractor registration, prevailing wages, New Jersey business registration, and other statutory requirements. The Township of Brick reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial defect or informality if deemed in its best interest. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Owner and shall be postmarked at least ten (10) days before the established date for bid opening.
