Bidders are to submit sealed bids in accordance with the provided instructions. A bid guarantee of not less than ten percent of the total amount of the bid (but not exceeding $20,000) is required. A certificate from a surety company is required stating it will provide the necessary bonds. Bidders must comply with all applicable New Jersey laws and regulations, including affirmative action, public works contractor registration, prevailing wages, and business registration requirements.
