Nampa School District No. 131 is seeking itemized bids for the installation of OM3 fiber optic cabling at New Horizons Magnet School. The scope of work includes providing both materials and labor for the installation of a 6-strand OM3 armored fiber optic cable, including terminations, to run from the building MDF to the building IDF. The cable must be routed along established pathways, terminated in rack or cabinet mounted LIUs with LC connectors, and installed following NSD cable specifications. Testing is required, including OTDR and connector scoping to ensure cleanliness. Both termination ends must be labeled, work areas restored post-installation, and all work completed outside school hours. Installers are responsible for trash disposal away from the school's dumpster. All proposed equipment must be new and unused.
