Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bothell, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work will involve construction management services for the Citywide Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project, including construction administration, office engineering, field inspection, and materials testing. Consultants will ensure record-keeping follows the Local Agency Guidelines Manual, City of Bothell Construction Manual, and WSDOT Construction Manual. Responsibilities include project management, construction administration, field inspection, and materials testing. Specific tasks include understanding plans and contracts, coordinating with property owners and permit holders, leading meetings, public notifications, tracking project documentation, quality assurance inspections, reviewing submittals and pay requests, and maintaining compliance with federal and local standards. Materials testing covers various field and laboratory tests as required by WSDOT LAG manual. Submittals are to be electronic, not exceeding six pages plus up to four additional sheets for letters of recommendation, and must include firm and personnel information, project references, and contact details. Only electronic submittals will be accepted with the subject line “Citywide Ped Safety – SOQ.” Anticipated Award Date: January 30, 2026
