The project involves the 2026 Pavement Preservation for the City of Bothell, including rehabilitation of pavement on portions of 242nd Street SE, North Creek Parkway, and 27th Street SE, as well as reconstruction of ramps at the 228th Street SE/4th Ave SE intersection. The general scope includes bituminous planing, pavement repairs, HMA paving, curb ramp upgrades, utility adjustments, pavement delineation and markings, and pedestrian push button work. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount. Prime bidders, subcontractors, and vendors can access project bid documents free of charge online. Bidders are encouraged to register to receive notifications of future addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities or informalities, and award the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
