Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; stadium; for paving for a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The Chipley Parking lot portion of the overall BoPlex renovation project first includes the demolition and clearing of the Chipley Lot, which is 2 acres. Following the initial demolition scope, there will be a new storm drainage utilities and grading to be completed preceding the installation of a new asphalt parking lot. To support the parking lot structure, a retaining wall will be installed as well as sidewalks, ramps, and EV charging stations. The CM will be taking bids from the previously prequalified bidders.
