Sealed bids are invited for window replacement at Grundy Manor, Telford, Pennsylvania. Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting or risk being classified as non-responsive. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten percent of the bid amount as security. The successful bidder must enter into a contract within ten days of notification or forfeit the bid security. Bid documents are available at the specified office and will be provided on a flash drive at no charge. The Davis-Bacon Wage Act applies, requiring payment of federal wage rates, and non-discrimination for employees and applicants is required. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days of opening.
