TYS is embarking on a significant construction program to expand and renovate its terminal and ancillary facilities to accommodate projected passenger growth. The Terminal Area Development Program (TDAP) is expected to have four primary components: expansion of security checkpoint facilities, expansion and renovation of energy facilities, expansion of the airport terminal and other renovations to the terminal, and expansion and improvement of adjacent apron facilities. Additional components may be needed as design for the program proceeds. Bidders are required to have a contractor's license, provide insurance, and obtain security badges. Bids may be submitted electronically or physically.
