Description

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal, replacement and/or repair of various culverts in the Region of York. The Work shall be performed during the 2026 construction season. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount generated on the Bidding Website in the Schedule of Prices (the "Bid Price") in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario.
