The Owner is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver three new StairMaster 8Gx units to support Wellness-Fitness Initiative (WFI) assessments. The selected vendor will be responsible for the supply, delivery, and any required setup of commercial-grade equipment compliant with relevant safety and performance standards. Specifications for the equipment include a 10-inch deep by 22-inch wide step surface, 8-inch step height, 25 levels of step rate ranging from 24 to 190 steps per minute, 9-inch step up height, recommended ceiling height of 10 feet, telemetry and contact heart rate measurement system, new handrail design with integrated controls, LCD or 10"/15" OpenHub display options, multiple accessory holders, maximum user weight of 400 lbs, generator drive system, and additional features such as the Landmark Challenge. Material is powder coated steel frame, standard color Matte Black, with length 58 inches, width 34 inches, height 80 inches, product weight of 498 lbs, and specific shipping dimensions. The contract will be non-exclusive, and the Owner may purchase similar products or services from other vendors at its discretion during the contract term. Vendors must ensure they meet all requirements, submit bids in the specified format, and follow all instructions for proposal submission and communications as outlined in the bidding documents. Preference may be given to Canadian suppliers under certain conditions.
