Supply and installation of coordinated street furniture, including the following items: all-glass transit shelters with benches (front and rear facing doors), park benches (four-seat and two-seat), and bike racks. Bidders/proponents must insert prices for all mandatory items. If a bidder cannot provide any mandatory item, it shall not submit a bid/proposal. All prices submitted shall be in Canadian funds and must exclude Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) but include all other taxes and duties. The bid deposit is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) and must be submitted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer. Bidders should ensure all documents uploaded are not defective or corrupted and are able to be opened and viewed. Only one file/folder can be uploaded per document field, with a maximum size of 500 MB per file/folder. Bidders structured as a joint venture or consortium must upload required documentation. Bidders must declare all conflicts of interest. Acknowledgement of receipt of addenda is required for bid acceptance. Any qualifications to pricing will result in bid rejection. The bid shall remain open for acceptance for the specified irrevocability period. All work performed under the contract will be subject to HST only. The bidder confirms necessary experience, skill and expertise required to fulfill the obligations, duties, liabilities and responsibilities under the contract.
