This Request for Tenders (the "RFT") is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the "Region") to prospective bidders to submit bids for road rehabilitation and other works at various locations in the Township of King and the Towns of Newmarket and East Gwillimbury. - Location A - asphalt removal, warm mix asphalt paving, culvert replacement and catch basin installation on 18th Sideroad from 25 m east of Dufferin Street to 130 m west of Bathurst Street in the Township of King - Location B - asphalt removal, warm mix asphalt paving, culvert replacement, culvert relining, catch basin installation, curb repair, guide rail replacement, asphalt boulevard replacement and intersection improvements on Bathurst Street from 70 m north of Mulock Drive to 220 m south of Davis Drive West in the Town of Newmarket - Location C - asphalt removal, warm mix asphalt paving, culvert replacement, catch basin installation, curb repair and guide rail replacement on Mount Albert Road from 110 m east of 2nd Concession to 28 m east of Leslie Street in the Town of East Gwillimbury - Location D - asphalt removal, warm mix asphalt paving, curb repair and asphalt boulevard replacement on Leslie Street from 515 m south of Mount Albert Road to 150 m north of Ward Avenue in the Town of East Gwillimbury - Location E - multi-use path construction along Yonge Street from Joe Persechini Drive to Sawmill Valley Drive in the Town of Newmarket Bidders are advised that the Work will be performed during the 2026 construction season.
