Site work and paving for a civil project in Newmarket, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Phased water, wastewater, storm sewer and road resurfacing upgrades for the Downtown Newmarket Revitalization. The nearest cross section is Queen Street and Arden Avenue. The Team will then proceed to the following locations: o Arden Avenue (Queen Street to Millard Avenue) o Queen Street (Lorne Avenue to Main Street West) o Niagara Street (Davis Drive to Queen Street) o Simcoe Street (west of Niagara Street to Main Street South) o Ontario Street (west of Niagara Street to Main Street South) o Eagle Street (Lorne Avenue to Water Street) o D'Arcy Street (Church Street to Eagle Street) o Church Street (Botsford Street to Eagle Street).
